The Coyote Creek Trail will be closed between the Hwy 237 bikeway and Tasman Drive until November 30 for pavement improvements.

The lower Guadalupe River Trail will be closed from July 28 through August 4 between Tasman Drive and Gold Street (on both sides of Hwy 237) for channel clearing and weed abatement by crews of the water district.
Los Gatos Creek Trail closures
August 1, 2016
Portions of the Los Gatos Creek Trail will be closed in August for
repairs:
1) Monday, August 8: east side of trail between
Campbell Park and San Tomas Expressway
2) Wednesday, August 10:
west side of trail between Campbell Park and San Tomas Expressway
3)
Monday, August 15: between Campbell Avenue and the Bascom Avenue
Bridge
Closures start at 6:00 am and extend for 24 hours

Coordinator of the City of San Jose, on threats to trail continuity
and land acquisition for the Three Creeks Trail. And Mike
Flaugher, Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority, on the
Ridge Trail.

Los Gatos Creek Trail
The City of Campbell is repaving
portions of the popular trail system. Per the attached map, they will
need to close portions of the trail for 24 hour periods during
August. Persons visiting the trail will find barricades that prevent
access.
Coyote Creek Trail
The City of San Jose is expected to
commence work to pave the trail system from Highway 237 Bikeway to
Tasman Drive. We anticipate that work will commence on July 25
(estimated), with construction taking about 4 months. Persons that
use the intersection Highway 237 Bikeway can continue to do so, but
will lose direct access to Coyote Creek Trail during construction.
Penitencia Creek Trail (Noble to Dorel)
Construction work is
occurring this summer to deliver a new section of trail near Alum
Rock Park. There is currently no trail along the creek between Noble
Avenue and Dorel Drive.
Coyote Creek Trail (Shady Oaks Fitness Trail)
A new 1.0-mile
Fitness Loop will be linked to Coyote Creek Trail at the Shady Oaks
Park pedestrian bridge in south San Jose (just north of Blossom Hill
Road). There is no trail at the existing site (former orchard), so
this is a new destination for trail users along the popular trail
system.
